The power of relationships — a picnic with Jacek Walkiewicz

Then he said that dreams are there to make them come true — and that phrase accompanies him to this day. This time, however, there was no big stage and spotlights, only a picnic, intimate atmosphere. The greatest value of this meeting was the closeness — everyone could approach, exchange a few words with Jack, thank you, ask a question, or just talk like a good friend. This is a rarity and a great gift, because inspiration only gains true power when it becomes a personal experience.

Jacek spoke about people — about the fact that they define us, that they are the mirror of our development and that it is in relationships that lies the meaning of both private life and business. He reminded us that at work we often lose people, focusing on offers, contracts, negotiations or results. And yet at the center should always be the other person — his needs, values, challenges. “When we support others, we also support ourselves. Because when we help others overcome difficulties, we learn something new. Because whoever carries another man to the other shore, he himself also gets there.” — it was this statement by Jack that was the heart of the whole speech, which will remain in our heads for a long time.

Meeting people full of passion

The Educational Picnic is not only Jacek Walkiewicz. On that day, we met people who showed by their own example that passion can change lives and can become a way of life.

Kasia Blando shared the story of courage — how she gave up her legal career in one of the best law firms in Łódź to listen to her heart and teach yoga classes, helping others find peace and balance. In her speech, she emphasized that “when life says — I check, answer — I trust.” Michal Kanarkiewicz, chess master, showed that chess is more than a game — it is a metaphor for life and business, where every decision matters and strategic thinking allows you to anticipate scenarios and take bold steps. Whereas, thanks Michal Celeda, which ran all day, the atmosphere was light and natural — as if we had all known each other for a long time.

In the background quietly and effectively, she watched over everything Lilianna Banasiak, whose tremendous commitment made the day just what it looked like — tight to the last button, yet full of ease and freedom.

What do we bring with us as a team?

It was a time of reflection for us, a time to recall the key knowledge that relationships are not an addition, but a foundation, that courage is born from relationships with other people. “I used to be afraid and didn't. Today I am afraid and I do” — this is a phrase that has been repeatedly intertwined in earlier speeches by Jacek Walkiewicz. It sounded particularly strong that day. Because courage is not born in a vacuum — it is given by the people around us, their presence, their support and their inspiration. It is thanks to them that we can grow and become a motivation for others to act.
